As energy rises after the Winter Solstice, we are about to bid farewell to the old year and usher in the new. On behalf of Inner Mongolia Xingye Silver&Tin Mining Co.Ltd,I extend my sincere greetings to all the Xingye colleagues and partners both hard-working at home and abroad, and my hearty appreciation to all levels of government,staffs families, investors, community member and friends from whole society who have been caring for, supporting and helping Xingye over the years.

2024 is the year for Xingye to deepen high-quality development, also the starting year of company’s ‘2-3’ planning(2024-2026).In the crucial year of China’s economy recovery and development, we have continued to forge ahead with resolve and tenacity towards the firm goal. Along with the symphony of time, we have made our field splendid with solid step of ‘integrity and practicality’ and sonorous rhythm of ‘trust and collaboration’.

Within last year, we have stepped into the developing period of ‘2-3’planning. The successful completion of‘1-3’planning has fully validated Xingye three-year characteristic management strategy’s correctness, perspectiveness, scientificity and systematicness. Therefore, in 2024, ‘2-3’ planning was successfully established and released. After a year, Xingye has achieved numerous breakthroughs in various management fields and‘2-3’planning has achieved fruitful result.

已往的一年，我们效益将再创历史新高，前三季度，实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润近13亿元，较上一年同比增添139.40%，九州酷游官网net整体生长态势稳健,生长后劲十足,生长远景优异。

Within last year, our benefit has reached historical high. In the first three quarters, achieved net profit attribute to shareholders of listed company is almost 1.3 billion which has increased 139.40% than last year. Xingye’s whole development trend is steady,momentum is strong and prospect is bright.

已往的一年，我们一连强化资源储备能力，公司共完成多项探矿权收购，部分所属企业实现深部探转采。尤其是乐成收购宇邦矿业后，九州酷游官网net白银保有储量将增至24,536.7吨；凭证美国地质勘探局宣布阻止2023年5月的数据，九州酷游官网net保有白银储量占海内总储量的34.56%，占全球储量的4.46%；凭证天下白银协会统计阻止2023年底的数据，宇邦矿业双尖子山矿区银铅锌矿排名位列亚洲第一位，全球第五位。银矿公司九州酷游官网net排名位列亚洲第一位，全球第八位。银资源储量更为富厚，资源禀赋优势一连凸显。

Within last year, we kept enhancing resource reserve capacity, completed multiple prospecting rights acquisition, and some subsidiaries have realized the conversion from deep exploration into mining. Especially after successful acquisition of Yubang mining, the silver reserved by Xingye will increase to 24536.7t. According to the data released by USGS up to May,2023, the silver reserved by Xingye is 34.56% of China and 4.46% of the world. According to the data from the Silver Institute until the end of 2023, silver,lead and zinc mine of Yubang mining’s Shuangjianzishan ore district ranks the first in Asia and the fifth in the world. Of all the silver mining companies, Xingye is ranking the first in Asia and eighth in the world. We are more abundant in silver resource reserve and the advantages of resource endowment continue to be prominent.

已往的一年，我们遵照公司战略生长妄想，起劲拓展外洋市场，与澳大利亚上市公司 Far East Gold Limited 签署《股权认购协议》，该项目获得了ODI审批以及澳大利亚外商投资审查委员会（FIRB）审批，现在已完成前两批FEG 增发股份的认购。同时，九州酷游官网net组建团队，深入东南亚、非洲、俄罗斯远东等地区举行战略考察，国际化历程加速，公司综合竞争力、品牌着名度和影响力一直提升。

Within last year, in accordance with Xingye’s strategy development plan, we actively explored overseas market, signed the equity subscription agreement with Australian listed company-Far East Gold Limited,the project has been approved by ODI and Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), currently the subscription of the first two tranches of FEG shares has been completed. Meanwhile, Xingye organized team to conduct in-depth strategic investigations in southeast Asia, Africa, Russian Far East and other regions, accelerating the process of internationalization, and improving the company’s comprehensive competitiveness, brand awareness and influence.

已往的一年，我们科技立异效果显著，所属企业融冠矿业“生态型尾矿库要害手艺研究与应用”获得中国黄金协会科学手艺奖，银漫矿业“重大银锡多金属矿高效综合使用要害手艺及应用效果”经中国有色金属工业协会评定抵达国际领先水平，科技立异为公司高质量生长注入强劲动力。

Within last year, we had remarkable achievements in science and technology innovation. Subsidiary Rongguan mining’s ‘Research and Application of Key Technology of Ecological Tailing Storage’ won the science and technology award of China Gold Association. Yinman mining’s ‘Key Technology and Application Achievements of Efficient Comprehensive Utilization of Complex Silver and Tin Poly-metallic Ore’ was assessed by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association to be at the international leading level. Science and technology innovation has injected strong impetus for company’s high-quality development.

已往的一年，我们拓展信息化建设维度，实现了装备全生命周期信息化系统搭建，财务共享中心及财务RPA机械人正式运行，数字化矿山建设系统即将投入使用，自主研发完成的“使命管理系统V1.0”获得国家版权局认证，信息化周全赋能企业高质量生长。

Within last year, we expanded IT application, built whole life cycle information system for the equipment, financial sharing center and financial RPA robot officially launched, digital mine construction system will be put into use soon, the independently developed ‘Task Management system V1.0’ was certified by the National Copyright Administration,informatization comprehensively empowers the enterprise’s high-quality development.

已往的一年，清静对标管理深化实践，矿山从业职员清静意识和清静手艺一直提升。矿山“四化”建设效果显著，多种别矿用机械投入到生产运动中，大大降低作业清静危害，使用信息手艺、网络手艺逐步建设智能化、可视化的危害防控机制，探索超视距作业研究，实质化清静水平一直提高。

Within last year, we deepened the practice of safety benchmark management,constantly improved the safety awareness and safety skills of mining employees. Remarkable achievements has been made in the construction of mine safety system, various mining machinery have been put into production activities, greatly lowered the operational safety risks. We also used information technology, network technology to gradually built intelligent and visualized risk prevention mechanism, explored research on over-the-horizon operation, the level of intrinsic safety is constantly improving.

已往的一年，我们起劲肩负社会责任，鼎力大举支持民族地区及边疆地区教育、医疗、扶贫、救灾等多项公益事业，投身地方经济生长，共筑中华民族配合体，先后荣获“中国红十字贡献奖章”等声誉。同时，公司注重可一连生长领域的起劲探索与实践，获得中原时报金蝉奖“年度ESG优异企业奖”。兴业用行动转达温度，彰显价值。

Within last year, we actively took social responsibility, strongly supported a number of public welfare undertakings such as education, medical care, poverty alleviation, disaster relief,etc.in ethnic and border areas, committed to local economy development, jointly built community for the Chinese nation, was awarded the ‘Chinese Red Cross Medal of Devotion’ and other honors. Meanwhile， Xingye focus on active exploration and practice in sustainable development field and was awarded the ‘Annual ESG Outstanding Enterprise’ by Jinchan award of the Chinatimes. Xingye is conveying temperature with actions and demonstrating value.
